Typically, ACSI will release two formal versions of PinpointSA annually. In addition, a support release that may include a fix to a problem affecting multiple customers will be made available broadly via the PinpointSA website.
ACSI will continually track pertinent Windows versions, releases, updates, and fixes so that we can integrate external changes into our internal quality process. Thiswill enable ACSI to make recommendations regarding compatibility, criticality, and timing of installation and integration of Windows modifications into your PinpointSA applications software environment.
In addition to two formal releases annually, ACSI will issue support releases to address problems affecting multiple customers.
